Because some things are better caught than taught, this course’s foundation will be participating in a number of hands on initiatives and cooperatives as well as low and high team building elements centered on growing group unity, trust, communication and problem solving.  After we are familiar with these tools we will explore the art and science of the group processing.  During this section we will hone your facilitation skills, enabling you to lead powerful group discussions, inspire groups and individuals to rise to their personal best, and discover the truth of the gospel while following a Christ like teaching model.

Programming:
Successful ministries, schools and organizations have found that the key to great programming is knowing how to design, develop and deliver programs in such a way as to achieve the participant’s goals.  The Adventure Facilitation and Programming course deals specifically with how to make every experience you offer, be purposeful and meaningful.

Course Outcomes:
- able to purposefully and effectively use of games and challenge experiences
